Lady Devil's Blue Beat Spartans!

After a slow start in which the Lady Devils led 6 to 4 at the end of the first quarter, the team ran off a 16 to 6 run to lead 22 to 10 at the end of third. Ashley Heath scored her first basket of the season in the first quarter to pull us ahead for good. Brandalyn Foster and Lexi Baxter dominated the scoring in the second and third quarters. Both Lexi and Brandy took very good shots during those quarters. Megan Plahanski did an awesome job running the point while Maddie was nursing her hurt knee. Kerry Heller was aggressive offensively and made it to the free throw line to make one out of two. Ashley Biggs as usual was "BIG" on the boards, and is starting to recognize the open lane to the basket. Great hustle by Dominique Grasso getting back on defense.
